Refund & Returns Policy
At Little Bleats Boutique, all of our products are custom made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We encourage all customers to carefully review our size guides before placing an order.
Personalised Products Many of our products are available with personalisation such as custom text or names. Please take care when entering your personalisation details as we produce items exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, punctuation, capitalisation, or any other mistakes made by the customer when placing the order. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at littlebleatsboutique@outlook.com with :
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Processing Time As items are made to order, please allow 3-7 business days for production before shipping. This is in addition to delivery timeframes.
